The Bay Crossing Study scoping comment period was from October 11 to December 15, 2017. The BCS Scoping Report summarizes public and agency involvement efforts and the range of comments received during this comment period.
BCS Coordination Plan
MDTA has established a plan for coordinating public and agency participation in and comment on the environmental review process for the Bay Crossing Study. The Coordination Plan outlines the roles of state, federal and local agencies along with the milestones for public involvement in the process. The Coordination Plan is subject to change and may be modified as the study progresses.
